We are extremely happy to announce that we have received a determination letter from the IRS indicating that our status as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization has been retroactively reinstated. We are again able to hold raffles and receive tax exempt donations, and so are now planning to have our fall Clean Streams raffle and our spring Trout Show.
We are also once again fully registered with the state of Pennsylvania as a tax exempt charitable organization.
